I have a 2022 mini lite 2509s. I would like to mount the spare under the tongue or under the body. Will this carrier fit and leave enough clearance?

The Lippert # LC159041 isn't a RV-specific product. Lippert doesn't provide us a list of which RV's it fits or doesn't fit. However, there is a way you can determine if it'll work for you. The carrier has an overall width of 71 inches, so if the frame members of your travel trailer are 71 inches apart, measured outside to outside, the # LC159041 would work just fine for you. This carrier is designed to attach to the frame members under the rear of the travel trailer, not at the trailer tongue.
You can use a wrench to operate the winch on the carrier, but a crank handle is available separately as part # LC285324.
