I need a replacement arm for the 49 inch slightly bowed arm that connects to top of shock and can’t figure out part availability.

I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, the replacement bowed arm that you need replaced (pictured in the attached picture) is not available to purchase individually from the rest of the assembly. The reason for this is because the manufacturer installs that top bowed arm with a certain amount of force that is only given during production. However, you are able to replace the entire assembly of your 69" Solera awning with the Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm, White # LC281152. I attached an installation video to this answer for further guidance.
