Does this product come with the mounting brackets. If not, what part numbers do I need to order?

The Fulton Plastic Fender with Top and Side Steps, item # F008585, does not come with mounting hardware. Fulton does not provide mounting bracket kits for the fenders. You can use your fenders original mounting brackets or use L brackets to mount the fender to your trailers frame.
