This is GUARANTEED to fit my 2021 Ford Expedition Platinum MAX? I just need to verify, as last time I looked it wasnt.

We do show the # C31083 Curt Front-Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver as a confirmed fit for the 2021 Ford Expedition, all trim levels. I checked with our fit guide team, they complete the actual installs for verification as well as researching vehicles during model year change-overs to see if there have been any significant changes that would affect the fits of products. With the 2021 Ford Expedition, the changes were mostly interior and electronic features and did not affect the frame or the front bumper or grille. While not fitted to your specific trim level package, as we do not have every make, model and trim level available for direct fitment, there is all reason to list as fit without any issues.
