Question:
Hi All, I have the CR960A ST235/80 16s on my 5th wheel. The nominal cold pressure is 110PSI. I cannot locate any spec sheets to program the MAX pressure alarm for my TPMS.

Typically when setting the max PSI alarm for an RV TPMS system it will get set to 20-25% of the cold air pressure. Since your ST235/80R16 tires on your 5th wheel trailer have a max air pressure of 110 PSI you should have the setting between 132-137 PSI.
If you can tell me exactly which TPMS system you have I would be happy to give you their exact recommendation.
