Expert Reply:
This T-connector will plug into your vehicles wiring harness that is located in the rear cargo area of your van on the drivers-side. I have included a photo showing the location in the rear cargo area of a vehicle similar to yours.
I would recommend using some dielectric grease # 11755 when you are installing this wiring harness, this can be used on all electrical connection points and it helps to prevent corrosion.
After you have completed the installation of the wiring harness, the 4-way connector should be stowed in the cargo area of your vehicle and in a out-of-the-way location when not being used.
I have included a video showing the installation of a comparable wiring harness on a vehicle very similar to your 2003 Chevy Venture.
