Will the EcoHitch 306-X7303 Hit the Ground Once Installed on a 2017 Mazda 3?

Question:
I’m planning to buy the 2” eco hitch for a 2017 Mazda 3 sedan. Have there been any issues with the hitch scraping speed bumps, driveways or other common obstacles?

I have not heard of anyone having any issues with the hitch bottoming out after installing the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7303. We have not done any installs with this hitch as of yet, so we do not have measurement of it installed, unfortunately. However, with this being a hidden style hitch, it will only be the receiver tube that is exposed.
With all that being said, if a driveway is steep, then there will be the possibility of the hitch scraping. There should be absolutely no issue with other common obstacles though.
