Can a Roadmaster Spring assist from an 2018 F-150 4-wheel drive, part number RAS3611-SHD be used on a 2021 F-250 4-wheel drive truck?

The RoadActive Suspension Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-SHD you mentioned will fit your new 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD as long as it does NOT have the top overload springs.
If it does have the top over load springs you would need the # RAS3611-SLHD instead.
