The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13018 uses M14 x 5.50 grade 8 bolts. There are replacement hardware kits available for the Curt # 13018 by putting that part number into the field marked "Hitch Item Number" on the page for the # RHK.
I've also linked the instructions for this hitch that list the specs of the bolts and the washers.
