Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Fit With And Without Factory Receiver Installed On a 2015 Ford F-150

Question:
I want to use the C13903 Curt draw Tite hitch rather than the 14016.This one fits a lot lower on the truck. I can cut the original hitch off if I have to which looks like I will. Would there be a problem with that do you know.

To be able to use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13903 on your 2015 Ford F-150 you will have to replace the receiver hitch and bumper support with a bumper support from a truck that did not include the factory hitch.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver C14016 is no longer available as an option for your F-150.
