Question:
I failed to remove the spring retention clips before testing the awning. I opened the slide the whole way, now the topper appears to be sprung! What can I do?

To fix your Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000163285 you'll first need to remove the roller and awning from the arms and completely unroll the awning on the roller tube and then reroll the the awning 14 times to add tension to the awning fabric. If you aren't retaining tension after doing this then you most likely broke the springs or cotter pin and will need to reach out to Lippert for some replacements.
