Just need confirmation that this unit would use clamps 1 and 2 for the Thule Wingbar Evo crossbars as its not actually listed in the instructions... Im assuming the closest would be the Thule Wingbar?

Yes, you will want to use the 1 and 2 clamps with the bolts in the outer holes on the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist # RR-RUSL.
Your Thule Wingbar Evo # TH711520 will have a the same shape as the basic Thule Wingbar. The Evo changed the top T-track to have a more user friendly quick access with installing accessories into the track.
