Is There Different Demco Fifth Wheel Rail Kit for Short/Long Bed 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500

I received this custom above rail kit for my 2021 chevy 2500HD. When I held up the frame rails to the truck frame none of the holes came close to lining up. The frame bolt holes on the truck are about 19 apart, and the install kits are about 12. Am I missing something? Or did GM change the truck frame holes on the 21 model?
