The correct custom wedge for the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Hitch # DM6076P-16K for use with the Reese Sidewinder is the part # SWW-05. This custom wedge will prevent the king pin from pivoting at the hitch. I have attached a short video demonstration and the written instructions that you can also check out.

If you are still looking for a Reese Sidewinder I recommend the Reese 5th Airborne w/ Sidewinder and Turret # RP61422. This will not only move the pivot point 22 inches toward the rear of your truck for superior cab clearance during sharp turns but this particular model also features a fully enclosed air spring to cushion and absorb road shock for a smooth ride. It is designed to replace the Lippert 1621 pin box on your trailer.
