Troubleshooting A Furrion Soundbar Stuck On Welcome

Question:
Stuck on the welcome screen and wont do anything

Expert Reply:
The normal way to reset a Furrion Soundbar # FSB2N25MCBL is to switch the unit to AUX IN mode and then press and hold MODE button for more than 6 seconds to make the unit return to factory default settings and re-instate the correct functions.
Since your unit is stuck on welcome I recommend removing the the speaker and power wire socket cable and letting the soundbar sit for 15 minutes to fully power down and reset. If this doesn't solve your issue then please reply back and we can keep troubleshooting.
