To install a Thule square bar roof rack on the roof of your 2018 Nissan Frontier you'd need the part numbers # TH712400, # TH710501, and # TH145160. The reason I included the part number for a square bar set is that Thule recently changed the design of their square bars so unless your current bars has a channel cut in the bottom of them you'd have to replace the bars too.
