What is Weight Capacity of Thule Artificial Rain Gutters for Roof Rack

Im mounting Thule load bars onto my 6 ft. SnugTop canopy using the Thule 542 rain gutters. The boat to be carried is a Walker Bay 10 ft. weighing 126 lbs. Seems like the weight capacity of this Thule equipment , at 165 lbs per bar ? should manage OK. The construction of the canopy itself seems quite sturdy so the strength at the mounting points of the gutters shouldnt be a concern. This sound correct, so far? This rig is replacing an old Quik-N-Easy setup that worked very well. The round crossbars combined with boat hold downs composed of a large ring bolt that firmly clamped the boat gunnel to the crossbar. see picture Im looking for a ring boltinch that will work with the rectangular cross section Thule crossbar to clamp down the boat. Any thoughts on that?

The Thule rain gutters part # TH542 have a weight capacity of 165 lbs for the rack overall including both crossbars but would easily still work since your boat is 126 lbs.
For a set of load stops like you are asking for that fit the square bars you'd just need the part # TH503.

Am I understanding this correctly? The 4 brackets combined can only support 165 lbs total including the weight of the rack? Or one set of 2, plus the rack holds 165 lbs? I am wanting to install my ladder rack and mount my solar panels on the rack.
