Recommended Tailgate Bike Pad For 2018 GM Sierra 3500

I am looking for a tailgate pad that will fit a 2018 sierra 3500 so that I have access to the tailgate back up cam. What do you suggest?

I recommend the Yakima GateKeeper Tailgate Pad and Bike Carrier for Full-Size Trucks - 62" Wide, part # Y38AR. It is Yakima's full size truck tailgate pad. The carrier is padded on the top to protect your bikes with a felt like underside of the carrier to protect the finish of your truck. In addition, there are six padded cradles that will keep your bikes secure via their down tube while protecting the finish of your bikes. It has a stow away HindSight flap that will allow you to have use of your backup camera.
