The video doesn’t say what wire to attach the break connector to. I’m in a 2014 Audi A4.

You are correct, for some reason the video of the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT being installed does not show the stop light connector being connected on your 2014 Audi A4 but since your vehicle has separate wiring it does need to be connected.
What you will need to do is use the included circuit tester to check the wires going to your tail light while a friend applies the brakes in your A4. Once you find the correct wire you will connect the stop light connector to that wire.
