Question:

What is the clearance of the Thule Wingbar crossbars for flush rails? The panoramic moon roof opens up and back and Im wondering if I would still be able to open my panoramic roof with these crossbars attached.

The Thule WingBar Evo setup for your 2021 Lexus RX450H sits about 2-3/4 inches from the top of your closed moon roof to the bottom of the crossbar. I went ahead and linked a video to this answer that shows these measurements on a vehicle with a moon roof. If you are worried about operating your moon roof with the crossbars installed, I recommend measuring the height of the glass when rising from the roof.
