Question:
Can this be used in a F250 super duty and not let RV get into cab when turning? New truck has Goose neck already in it and looking for something like this so I do not loose my whole bed when Rv is not in use.

I would be happy to help!
Since your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the OEM Towing Prep Package has the 6-3/4' bed you will not be able to make a full 90 degree turn with a 5th wheel trailer to gooseneck hitch pin box like the Gen-Y Hitch # GY36FR you were looking at installed.
Now that is not necessarily a bad thing or something that cannot be worked around, but you will need to keep that in mind when making sharp turns. The best way to get enough cab to trailer clearance when making sharp turns with a short bed truck is with a sliding 5th wheel hitch like the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3370. This hitch gives 12" fore and aft travel to give you additional cab to trailer clearance when making sharp turns.
If you decide you would still rather go with a gooseneck pin box you will need to determine which pin box your trailer has. On the pin box of the trailer should be a sticker that has the four digit model number like 1116 or 1621. If you cannot find that four digit number just send me a picture of the serial number sticker on the pin box and I would be happy to identify it for you.
The # GY36FR you were looking at is designed to replace the 1621 and 1621HD pin boxes. If this is what your trailer has this would be a great option.
If you find you have a different pin box please let me know.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
