With the Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C65HR on your 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 you will need the Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate # C16220. This adapter will give you a set of industry standard rails that most 5th wheel hitches will attach to. This adapter will limit total trailer weight to 20,000lbs and 4,000lbs of tongue weight. You will not be able to use the adapter plate with fifth-wheel hitches or pin boxes that rotate, auto-slide fifth-wheel hitches or B&W Patriot fifth-wheel sliders.

I recommend the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16541. This will drop into the rails on the adapter giving you a manual sliding 5th wheel hitch.
