Yes. The CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirror - Clip-On # CM11952 are a universal fit mirror that are designed to fit on mirrors that are 7" to 10" tall, but I believe your mirrors are on the smaller end of that and possibly smaller. If it ends up that your mirrors are slightly shorter than 7" then the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2 will work for you and are a similar option that would be a better fit, and my recommendation for you.
We actually have a video test fit of the # 7070-2 on a 2011 Sienna but the mirrors are similar to the 2019 and I've linked that for you to check out as well.
