What you are referring to is hyper flashing. Since there is little to no resistance in LED bulbs sometimes your vehicle thinks that the bulb has gone bad because it is not drawing a lot of power. When this happens your bulb starts flashing very fast and you might get the failed turn signal warning light in your truck.
If your truck is designed to handle LED bulbs, you will not have to add anything to the 7440/7443 LED Bulbs - 360 Degree - Wedge Base - 600 Lumens - White - Qty 2, part # ARC55FR. It should work right out of the box, with no hyper flashing, and the warning light should turn off in your truck.
If your truck is not equipped to handle LED bulbs you will need to add one resistor per bulb. The Load Resistor Kit for LED Turn Signals - 50 Watts - 6 Ohm - Qty 2, part # DI34ZR, will allow your LED bulbs to work on your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 without hyper flashing.
I have included product descriptions, video review links, and a diagram on how to add the load resistors to your LED bulbs below.
