I have a short bed underbed mount. will this Replacement Side Plates for Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - Underbed Mount Item # DM6004 fit the factory installed underbed already in place?

Your factory OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package should be setup with the 21,000 lb, model DM8550037. If this is the case the Replacement Side Plates for Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - Underbed Mount, part # DM6004, will work with your 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500HD with the short bed underbed mount.

You will also need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 21K, part # DM6333. This will work with your factory-installed, underbed 5th-wheel mounting kit. This will mount to the OEM pucks in your truck bed.
