Is this cover cut longer in the back for the taller tailgates on the new trailer

In order to find the correct size cover you'll need to measure the overall length, height, and width of the body. The type of trailer will also need to be noted such as travel trailer, 5th wheel, gooseneck, etc. The Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover part # 290-52274 for example is for toy hauler travel trailers and measures 366" long x 106" wide x 120" tall. I have attached a full list of options as well.
In regards to height, you'd want to measure from the tallest point. The covers are not cut taller as you described.
