The top panel blocks the roof of your trailer from mild sunlight as well, protecting the cover from cracking and fading.
How to Measure Your Toy Hauler Travel Trailer
To determine if this cover will work for you, measure the overall length of your trailer from the very front to the rear bumper, making sure you're accounting for any spare tire carriers and ladders on the back. The cover isn't meant to fit over the tongue of your trailer, so don't include it in your measurements. Then measure the overall height from the bottom of your trailer to the top. Do not include any AC units, vents, or antennas in your height measurement, as the cover is already designed to accommodate them.
Securing the Cover onto Your Toy Hauler Travel Trailer
The included ladder cap and rain gutter covers help prevent the cover from splitting on those areas of the trailer, so install those first. Then unroll the cover and carefully spread it evenly around your trailer, making sure you don't pull too hard and tear the fabric. The cover is labeled with "front" and "rear" to help you position the cover correctly on your RV.
Once the cover is in place, wrap the elasticized hem on the cover around the bottom corners of your trailer and pull on the cinch ropes on the front and rear until the cover fits snugly around the contours of your trailer. These remove any excess slack in the material, especially if your trailer is slightly shorter in length. Then toss the weighted straps underneath your trailer to the other side and buckle them together, which keep the cover secure on your trailer and prevents it from flapping in the wind and damaging the paint job.
And if you still need to winterize or if you need to access one of the cargo compartments, you can use the zippered panels on the passenger's side to easily access the interior of your trailer without having to completely remove the cover. You can also unzip the entire panel on the back so you can load and unload gear into your trailer.

Didn't last a season in Colorado. Wind tore it apart
I just had to purchase another cover because this one fell apart after less than a year. I had purchased another and it lasted over four years. This one was junk.
Worked as advertised. Happy with how it stood up all winter in Minnesota. Since it is made for a 30ft camper and mine is only 28ft long it is a little loose. Never ripped or let water in.

Everything about your product advertised was 100% accurate. My cover showed up on time it looks great on my toy hauler. The fit was perfect to whom this may concern thank you very much.
This cover is the consistency of tissue paper. Within 2 weeks it started to tear. However, I will say that the company was good to honor the warranty, and they have replaced it with a different model, which we hope will work better this year.
This is my second purchase from the company strainer. I felt that it came in a timely manner. Furthermore it also fits perfectly on my 34 weekend toy hauler. I strongly believe that you will not go wrong purchasing this cover. The only gripe I have is that it only lasts about two years before it’s time to replace the cover.
Although it is still covering my RV, it currently has several holes where it has rubbed itself on corners of the bottom of the RV (sharp edges) and during some strong Montana winds, tore through the top where the RV antenna was placed. So with only using it some 8 months out of the past year, it has not held up as well as I expected for the price. I will look at other brands when this one tears itself to shreds.
My overall assessment of the cover is positive The fabric is resilient to Maine's wind, ice and snow, however, I experienced a lengthy slice in the fabric from steering my snow blower too close. The exhaust burned a neat incision of about 15'! Luckly, duct tape adheres beautifully, so there's that! Zippers are well placed for entry into the camper and they seem to be durable, so no worries there. The model I purchased 290-52274 is actually too large for my toy hauler 25RRT, but hey.. better to cinch it tight verses too tight!
The zipper broke on my Toy Hauler cover. etrailer's customer service was great, however when I had to deal with ADCO products to get a new cover, they took their good old time. My camper was exposed to the winter snow, winds and rain and it took a week and a half to receive a new cover.
I bought this cover for my toy hauler a year ago and it is almost toast.Made it through a summer, fall, winter and now in spring it Has rips in it and is already starting to wear through on the roof. Last one I had made it 3 years but don't think I will get that long outta this one.
This cover arrived sooner than expected, and was easier to install than I anticipated. Hasn't had to deal with weather yet, but seems sturdy. The access zippers for the door and rear, make getting in and out, a breeze.
This is a great cover. It's pretty easy to put on and it seems to protect the camper from the weather. I wish I would have prrchased one years ago as it would have saved me a lot of water damage.

It is a nice cover, It has been in use for all winter and stays where it should, fits nicely. I do wish the each corner at the top could be re-enforced with heavy duty fabric, It was the only place that we had issues.
