Question:
I am not seeing a latch or hole that would let me lock the under-chassis storage bin. How do I lock the storage bin to prevent theft?

The Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit w/ Spare Tire Carrier for RVs - 99-1/2" Long # LC125460 you were looking at does not include a latch or hole allowing it to be locked, so you will need to get a bit creative to come up with a way to lock the bins.
Adding the Master Lock Contractor Grade Single-Hinged Hasp - 6-1/4" Long # 720DPF with a pad lock like the Master Lock Laminated Steel Padlock # ML1KA would be a great way to make the bins lockable.
I included videos of the lock components mentioned for you to take a look at.
