Expert Reply:
Yes, the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC675817 will work with your 2004 Forest River 37F Toy Hauler 5th wheel. Since your GVWR is 15,900lbs you will need to ensure that you do not use the leveling system if your weight exceeds 15,500lbs.
A Circuit Breaker - 50 Amp # PK54250PL is recommended when installing the Lippert Ground Control system to protect the circuit board from overloading.
I recommend the SnapPad XTRA Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems # SP54FR6 be placed on the jacks after installation is complete. These pads will stay in place on the jacks while you travel. This will allow you to quickly set up your camper and not have to try and place pads when you are on soft ground.
