Can you tell me if this will fit the 2021 AWD XLE Toyota sienna which is a highbred? I am referring to DT55MR

Yes, the Draw Tite hitch # DT55MR does fit your 2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. We've actually installed it on a hybrid XLE model with AWD and I've attached a picture for you.
If you're going to be towing a trailer you'll also need a wiring harness like # TK69FR.
