Could CIPA Adjustable Side Mirrors for UTVs CM01139 Fit 1-1/2 inch Pipe

Hi, Is it possible to get this mirror pair with round clamps for 1 1/2 inch pipe? Thanks

If you could come up with a 1/4 inch grommet/spacer for the CIPA part # CM01139 you could use it on a 1-1/2 inch bike but as-is it only fits the 1-3/4 inch pipe diameter.
