The shipping weight of the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 391AUDA4A5S509 you were looking at for your 2010 Audi A4 Sedan is 51lbs, and the dimensions of the box will more than likely be 45" x 8" x 25". The reason I say more than likely is that if you order other products with the hitch a larger box may be used to fit all of the products.
