Both the # RM-1109-175-00 and the # RM-1109-150-00 sway bars are a confirmed fit for your 2004 Chevy Express 3500 Class C Motorhome. The # RM-1109-150-00 is 1-3/8 inch in diameter with a more shallow bump to fit around the rear differential and and the # RM-1109-175-00 is 1-1/2 inch in diameter with a larger bump to clear the rear differential. Because of the thickness and clearance space the # RM-1109-175-00 is the better option for your motorhome.
