I am trying to get the p/n number for the tonneua cover on my truck. The tonneau cover isnt originally made for my truck but works and its on a 1998 dodge ram 8ft bed. The p/n numbers are scratched off it has 111xxxx5 on it.

What you listed isn't enough to determine what specific cover your truck may have installed. Probably the best option we are going to have is to recommend a tonneau from Truxedo that fits your truck like the # TX244601 since you are in a situation where it's nearly impossible to really be able to tell what you have/need for replacement parts.
