Which Yakima RailGrab Claw Size for 2018 Ford Escape with OEM Rails

I have a 2018 Ford Escape with OEM/factory rails, and an older set of rail grab racks with large claws. The large claws are clearly too big. Would medium or small fit my rails better?

I checked with Yakima and for the now discontinued RailGrab the correct claw size for a 2018 Ford Escape would be the small size # Y80145.
