Troubleshooting A Jensen JWM60A RV Stereo That Won't Play CD's

Question:

We have had this system in our 2018 camper since we bought it Everything work well, until a year ago, The DVD work, we can watch a movie, the radio works, but when we install a CD, it is loading, then reading, but does not play.

I recommend resetting your Jensen RV Stereo - Double DIN - AUX/USB, Bluetooth, jControl - 12V Item # JWM60A by pulling the fuse for 5 minutes to allow the unit to reset. You'll also need to make sure the transport screw has been removed from rear of the unit. You can also try blowing some compressed air into the disc slot to ensure the reader isn't clogged with dust.
