I confirmed with my contact at Thule that you can actually go with the Wingbar Evo Crossbars 53" Black # TH711420 (or Silver Crossbars # TH711400) along with Feet # TH710501 and Fit Kit # TH145129. The reason that this fits your 2012 Toyota Prius V with the sunroof is because the feet clamp onto your door jam and do not rest on the glass.
Keep in mind, you will not want to open your sunroof with the crossbars installed as this could cause damage.
