You CAN tow your Rogue behind a motorhome, but it cannot be flat towed with all 4 wheels down.

FWD vehicles like your 2019 Nissan Rogue can't be safely flat towed because even with the vehicle place in Neutral, the transmission would still spin. With the engine not running, the transmission wouldn't receive lubrication and would be destroyed pretty quickly.

To tow your Rogue behind your motorhome, you'd want to use a tow dolly like the Demco Kar Kaddy SS, part # DM9713045. The Kar Kaddy SS folds for easier storage, and features disc brakes for safe, effective and reliable braking. The only other option would be to tow the Rogue on a flat bed trailer.
