The Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier - Locking - 8 Fishing Rods Item # RR574F has a universal crossbar mounting system so as long as you have crossbars you'll be good to go.
If you don't have crossbars I recommend the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC Roof Rack by Thule
