I would be happy to help you determine the correct replacement equalizer for your 2018 Kauffman flatbed trailer, but unfortunately we do not have a break down of the specific components your trailer uses.

Instead you will need to measure your current equalizer center to center of the two horizontal mounting holes, and from the center of the upper hole to the center line of the two horizontal holes.

For example the Curved Equalizer for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs - 5-3/4" Long - 9/16" Center Hole # TREQ104 measures 5-3/4" between the two horizontal mounting holes on center, and 2" from the center of the upper hole to the center line of the two horizontal holes as shown in the included diagram.
