We have a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with a locking tailgate handle that has broken. The handle thats on it is keyed alike to the door lock. Is it possible to swap the key cylinder on this handle so that we can keep the keyed-alike feature?

Yes, that is possible. If you get the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Handle with Lock and Key Alike Lock Cylinder - Manual - Black, part # PAL5400. you can get the cylinder keyed alike to your truck. With the Bolt technology you can use the key to your door handle to reset the locking cylinder.
