How Does Phoenix Hybrid Pull Out Kitchen Faucet Head Install

Question:
This is supposedly a replacement for the Phoenix Hybrid Pull Out Kitchen Faucet Head, but in the photos I dont see where theres a round tab that can be depressed to remove the plastic insert inside the faucet head. AM I missing something or does this not come apart?

The inside of the black tube that comes out of the # PF281007 is threaded and has a gasket on it which allows it to seal up to the faucet assembly hose.
