Question:

I have a 2007 f350 4x4 dwr. I am hauling a Artic fox 1150 in the truck. Weight is over 4000lbs. I was thinking the above sway bar would be the one to get. model RM-1139-165. Hover from the picture this model is shown mounted under the rear pumpkin, behind the inspection cover on the axel. my factory rear sway bar is mounted in front of the axel and goes over the front top of the axel. in short, above the rear universal. Is this the right part no. for my application. Or is there another one you can suggest?

The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1139-165 is a confirmed fit for the 2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Dually. Please take a look at the linked installation video for further details. This has a bar diameter of 1-1/2" constructed of thick 4140 chromoly steel. There also the option of the # RM-1139-170 for F-250 & F350 Super Duty Trucks, but the # RM-1139-165 is the only option available for DRW models. Not all aftermarket components are shaped and fit exactly the same as the components they replace.
