Question:

I have a ready brute that I bought from you about 4 years ago. I tow a Jeep behind my motorhome. I am going to get a different RV and want to tow my 2010 Ram 1500 4 wheel drive. I think I have confirmed how to get the pickup into the correct configuration. So, assuming I can tow it will my tow bar handle my pickup? If so what base plates, wiring kit for taillights I want to add wiring and bulbs etc to complete the installation?

In order to use a Ready Brute Tow Bar on a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 you'll need the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1986 with Blue Ox Base Plate Adapter Brackets part # BX88297. This is the only option we offer to use a Ready Brute Tow Bar.

In regards to the wiring, the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit part # RM-154 would give you everything required.
