If your 2018 Ford F250 6-1/2' bed has a toolbox that sits on top of the bed rails then you will want to go with the T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Super-Duty Pickups - Fixed Mount - 1,000 lbs # TH37003XT which includes mounts for a toolbox. If you have a toolbox that does not sit on the bed rails and actually installs between the bed rails then you could go with something like the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Fixed Mount - 800 lbs - Silver # TH27000XT.
Both systems mentioned above feature crossbars with the common T-slot channel on top for channel-mounted accessories. They also install very simply and require no drilling; I attached a couple demonstration videos for you.
