Question:
Can you flat tow a 09 Honda Pilot FWD not 4wd?

Expert Reply:
Front wheel drive vehicles with automatic transmissions can't be flat towed. Even if the vehicle is placed in neutral, the transmission will still turn. Without the lubrication provided by the running engine, the transmission would be destroyed in short order.
You'll want to use a tow dolly like the Demco Kar Kaddy SS, part # DM9713045. The Kar Kaddy SS folds for easier storage and features surge coupler actuated disc brakes for safe, reliable and predictable braking.
