What Size Tube Will the Buyers Products 3375480005 Attach to?

What size tubing on the ladder rack frame are these designed for? Will it fit 1 in tubing? Im concerned about where the holes are i the mounts.

I spoke to a tech over at Buyers Products, and the # 3375480005 is designed to be used with tubing that is at least 1 1/2 inches. The closest option we will have to attach to a 1 inch tube will be the CargoBuckle # IMF18816. This will attach to a 1 1/4 inch tube, but it looks like we currently do not have one that will attach to a 1 inch tube, unfortunately.
