Does Hitch Install of 2017 Jaguar F-Pace Require Removal of Rear Bumper

Hi, I have a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. I remover the bumper guard and now installing the class 3 hitch, the bumper guard does not go back on, Does it stay off?

When installing a Class III hitch on your 2017 Jaguar F-Pace like with the Draw Tite part # 76026 the rear fascia comes off temporarily but gets installed back on but the rear bumper beam does get removed permanently and the hitch takes it's place.
