The 79" Inno square crossbars are indeed the correct ones for your 2006 Dodge Ram. Instead of just going with the crossbars that you were looking at, you will actually want to go with Inno Truck Bed Cargo Rack - Standard Beds - Full-Size Trucks # INRT101-79.
