Does Installing RAS Leaf Spring Enhancement RAS3611-SLHD On 2020 Ford F-350 Affect Ride Quality?

Question:

Roadmaster Active Suspension asks us to remove the UPPER overload in order to install it. What do we lose by removing the UPPER overload spring? Does RAS make up the difference? Also, will this stiffen up my ride? I dont need to increase my load ability, just want to add to my sway control, traction and cornering ability... but I dont want to end up with a super stiff ride either. Any help?
